In either a brokerage or representation arrangement, we will usually have identified a local requirement and will proceed to identify a suitable foreign supplier, establishing terms in order to move forward.

For upcoming solicitations, we will obtain all the bid documents, advise on key bid requirements, help to assemble the bid proposal, and may advise on pricing, commercial, and contractual issues. Sometimes a retainer fee is required, sometimes not. This depends on the timeline and risk associated with developing a particular market/sales opportunity.
